Your Bag Arrives by Courier
After your founding membership is confirmed, your Pearla bag is delivered by local courier within 24 hours — before your first Friday pickup window.
Fill Your Bags. Choose Your Pickup Style.
Throughout the week, fill your Pearla bags with laundry. On pickup day, choose what works best: leave your bags outside for contactless pickup, or meet your Pearla courier at the door during your scheduled Friday window.
Returned Sunday, Clean and Folded
Every item is washed, quality-checked, and folded with care. Your laundry is returned during your Sunday morning or evening delivery window.

No. Pearla memberships are priced according to the number of Pearla bags included each week. Approximate weight ranges are shown only to help households compare plans and understand capacity. Actual capacity varies depending on the size, weight, and type of laundry placed inside the bag.
The listed weight range is only an approximate guide. The bag must still close securely and be safe to carry. Pearla may ask that an overfilled bag be divided into an additional member bag before it can be accepted.
Pearla is designed for everyday washable laundry: clothing, towels, linens, pajamas, workout wear, and household basics. To protect your garments, our equipment, and the rest of your order, please do not include dry-clean-only items, leather, suede, fur, structured outerwear, shoes, bags, belts, accessories, pillows, comforters, weighted blankets, large bulky bedding, items with wet paint, glue, oil, gasoline, chemicals, heavy residue, bodily fluids, mold, pests, or hazardous contamination. Please check pockets before pickup and remove loose items such as pens, crayons, lip balm, cosmetics, keys, toys, or electronics — Pearla is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets.
